Some products have a strict request on clean surface . If we design a normal material gate on such products the material gate will leave a visible mark on the surface . So , it is necessary to use the cashew gate .
Attention： It is very important to design a correct angle , otherwise the sprue will be easily broken and get stuck in the gate when the product pushes down from the mold . It is good for the plastics which has good elasticity such as PP , PE etc .....for the poor elastic plastics such as PC , ABS it is important to check the agnles very well before making the mold . .....
